Job Summary

Xonar Technologies is looking to recruit a client relationship associate to work with its clients on its innovative security surveillance system utilizing sensors, artificial intelligence and machine learning.

We are an established startup with a talented and technically diverse team based in St. Petersburg, Florida.

The successful candidate will join a team passionately committed to improving the safety and security of sporting arenas, music halls and other public and private venues.

A customer relationship management (CRM) associate manages the technology of a company to improve marketing. Their responsibility is to maximize the efficiency of the CRM data and software to improve customer care. The role of a CRM specialist affects sales, customer service, and brand image. CRM specialists must have great analytical skills, solid communication, and organizational skills, and be good collaborators.

Responsibilities and Duties

You will be responsible for improving business / customer relationships while advancing CRM strategies, plans, and systems. This includes the collecting and analyzing customer data, developing new ways to meet customer needs, and handling customer complaints. We work in an agile environment with a shallow management structure and encourage and promote open communication at all levels.

The position is workplace based with standard working hours and the possibility of occasional evening and weekend support work.

Qualifications and Skills

  • College Degree

  • Technical Proficiency – Being familiar with CRM software and tools is essential. This includes knowing how to use the features of a CRM system to track customer interactions, manage sales pipelines, and automate marketing efforts.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset – Keeping the customer at the forefront of all business decisions ensures that strategies and actions align with their needs and expectations. This mindset helps build trust and foster loyalty.
  • Time Management – Efficiently managing time and tasks is crucial for staying organized and ensuring that customer interactions are timely and effective. This skill helps juggle multiple customer accounts and priorities without compromising service quality.
